alwaysannie I know posh will credit it back into your account. It should be soon... normally just takes a few mins. I've been doing this for three years and it's typically takes a few minutes to an hour. But it should be credited back very soon. I just take some minute.... also I canceled the order due to a fault of mine so regardless it will be credited back to you

alwaysannie No telling I may have some more tomorrow. But that's a very slim chance... then maybe next Thursday and again even that's effy they're so popular and sold out everywhere that it's hard to get them but it shouldn't take too long for them to become less exciting LOL like everything else especially with high-end make up New arrivals and additions get a lot of hype but after a few weeks they lose the excitement and are consistently in stock and I can get my orders filled

alwaysannie I severely underestimated how popular that pallet would be I only ordered five in advance and they sold on eBay within seconds i'm kicking myself for that one but it is what it is and I will definitely let you know if and when I get more and make sure I discount you on it for the inconvenience

alwaysannie Again I'm so sorry for the inconvenience I typically can't depend on my connections with the Ulta company but for whatever reason moderate signs has been tough and my promised order has been delayed I finally got a firm confirmation that I can pick up my orders of all of my pallets tomorrow and yours will be the first i mail once I do. When you get a chance let me know which mascara you prefer the best I hope the two freebies make up for the late shipment

alwaysannie Hey I just want to let you know that your make up was mailed out two days ago... i've been having trouble with my local post office for over a month now- Randomly a couple packages will not show as even been scanned and then two days later it will be somewhere in Texas (I'm in ATL) idk why it's not showing as shipped but I'm going to the post office now to find out why yours and 17 other packages but I wanted to let you know it is on its way I'm very sry for the frustration this must be causing
