sophistycat @alexandraj0529 , cool! It has changed a lot--I wish I'd bought a condo downtown and held onto it. I lived there from '93-'04. Then my ex-husband's employer moved us to SF. After six years there, I got a job offer I couldn't refuse in Orlando. I still think of retiring to Austin. My closest friends still live there.

On the black version, I thought about it and can accept your last offer - since we were so close! Just add to your bundle and I will offer at that price.
