minh026 Hi, you left a comment saying there were loose threads for LOFT NWT Dusty Rosette Fluid Drawstring Shorts size S. In response, the shorts came straight from Loft.com and not an outlet store. I only check for flaws like holes, stains, discolorations, or other fabric defects. I noticed that you purchased 2 more items in my closet LOFT NWT Dusty Rosette Fluid Drawstring Shorts size S and LOFT NWT Spice Ruffle Puff Sleeve Sweater size S. Please let me know if you need to cancel these purchase.

anulf526 @thuyviugotmail I don't need to cancel the orders. a couple loose threads (on the back right pocket) isn't that big of a deal to me. I'm just wondering, when you post pictures of the items are they pictures of the actual garment or are they from the Loft website? Not trying to insult you. Just curious.

minh026 @anulf526 I've received damaged items from Loft.com more than enough items in the past few months. Not only do they tag the items incorrectly but also have sent me worn clothing with makeup stains. I open all packages now so that I can review them in case I need to return them as it takes 2 weeks for the return to arrive and 3-4 week for a credit refund. Hence I do not sell any items in it's plastic bag. Hope that helps.

anulf526 @thuyviugotmail The shorts I received DID come in a plastic bag, as it would directly from the Loft website. I've thought about it and I would like to cancel my other items from you. The threads weren't that big of a deal but I think you need to work on your customer service skills.
