jethomas52 Hi, I went to package your bag and I was checking everything. The Zipper works great but, if you unzip it to far the prong thing doesn’t hold it on the track, sometimes you have to reattach them together, to zip. If that makes sense. Like when you have to reattach the zipper on your coat to zip it up. I looked up , what it would cost if you wanted to fix it. It said 10 to 30 dollars. If you want to cancel, I understand. I’ll do whatever you want me to do.

jethomas52 @alexandrafaith1 I just googled, what is the cost to replace a zipper in a Gucci bag. Some people said it might just need a new tab, which costs very little. Someone said they paid 75, to get a LV zipper replaced. I couldn’t find the exact amount. If you just want a new zipper , from anywhere it’s, 15 to 25.

jethomas52 The zipping works great, it’s that sometimes it falls off and you have to reattach. Might just have to replace the tab.
