hunter_love Hey I see you’re an ambassador! I have a question I siding know you needed a shipping label from posh I sent a package out with another shipping label . I tried to contact the support center and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I’m nervous because they said my package was going to be there on Thursday. What if they don’t get back to me on time . Does that mean I won’t get the payment? Or do we have to do a return completely?

hunter_love @nelliefinds No I was trying to sell an item to a buyer and I accidentally used a regular shipping label instead of the posh label now I’m nervous that it won’t be a successful transaction!

nelliefinds @hunter_love does it still show as a processed order in your sales tab? I’ve never come across that issue before. So I’m assuming the post office just plugged in all the buyers info. I don’t see why it shouldn’t process as along as it’s shown as a pending sale in Poshmark.
