I have always used benefit pencil in their darkest shade which is # 6 because I have black hair, I use it in conjunction with Anastasia brow powder in a dark brown to set it... I recently started using a waterproof eyebrow peel tattoo pencil in black from Amazon which last longer than Benefits, I would simply play with colors to get the perfect match that you want, I hope this helps.
