susanod3 Hi do you know if you’ll get a return label to return the boots ? When you return would you be able to put them in a plastic bag or tissue or something inside so they don’t get more damaged ?

sheballerina @susanod3 Hi Susan, they sent a return label and I’ll try get them out today if the snow is delayed. I’d already decided to put them in a different box - I have several Sorel boots and found a box I wasn’t using that should fit!

susanod3 @sheballerina thanks for the box info I have been waiting for the return for quite some time . I see now you said you are tying to send back . Let me know if you are able to send them back I need to get them to the cleaner so I can place for sale . I have a lot of money invested in them so I would like to try to resell. My cleaner thinks he can get it out by the photos . Thanks . I didn’t find the other pair in 9.5 yet. I’m still looking

sheballerina @susanod3 They have been shipped back as of 11/12 - didn’t receive a return label until 11/7 and needed a few days to get to the post office. You should have them back by early next week based on tracking info.

susanod3 @sheballerina ok thanks for your reply . They wrote something to me about the label being out and not activated so I was confused. Thanks for mailing them back. If I find the Ainsley in 9.5 I’ll let you know . : )

I received the boots back I’m really sorry that happened and appreciate you sending them in a box. : ) I would not imagine the box would dye them . I did find the black Sorel Ainsley in a 9.5 if you’re interested in those . I can post them when you’re interested .
