I couldn’t reply on it but I had to relist it I wasn’t sure what you wanted to bundle and purchase it only shows 4 things, I don’t think anything sold was on your list from before but I didn’t have any way to edit those items it only let me share as a “copy” If this site said anything about upgrading labels you would’ve had it all so sorry!

spellboundalex Sorry maybe I typed that wrong I was asking if the shipment got sent back because it didn’t have proper postage on it so I didn’t know if I need to send you more money for shipping for my original order. I don’t want to cancel that first original order and have to wait for posh to send me a refund. Can we just keep that first original order and can you just re-ship out not order alone and anything separate I can just pay separate postage To keep it simple and avoid a refund

traceywhite115 @spellboundalex I got an email that said “Do not ship order has been canceled” I didn’t want to! They don’t release payment to sellers until it’s tracked and the buyer accepts it, I will screenshot it and add it to my post with a black bag with cherry charm, I didn’t cancel it the system did and returned to me! I packed it beautifully also with ribbons and extras it was super frustrating

traceywhite115 @spellboundalex no it’s not you they should do their labels correctly! It says order can still be shipped within 21 days would you like me to go ahead and click on delayed shipment? Then it won’t refund and you have to purchase again I just print new upgraded label? If not you can do a new one it’s completely up to you! I just checked and it still says pending I thought you canceled but it appears to be still pending!

But shows a label that is now upgraded for the total weight 👍🏼 I shipped with the label in one large box and it returned to me because it wasn’t sufficient that’s why tracking never showed either, lmk and I’ll do it today whatever is best for you!

traceywhite115 @spellboundalex hey, I am relisting those item’s because it said refund has been issued by Poshmark to buyer yesterday so it must be a hold up from your bank, once an order is canceled it never takes more then 3 days to go back into my card so it may be on your banks end or your financial situation may be different and not have all that to spend so it should be all relisted by tonight!

That part was out of my control, they should have made sure that the labels were sufficient to cover it!
