abundancemind @gigisfaith hello Gigi I am wondering if you can help me with the following. I received a message saying that someone purchased one of the items from my listing and I was asked for my date of birth to complete transactions and also to send me the label for the package.

abundancemind Continue.... First,, do we need to provide extra personal information? It is correct they ask for the birth date? Also I did not see any message from the posher/buyer. The buyer name is Russian and have zero listing, zero transactions, zero comments. I have sent her a message to confirm purchase but she never replied. What do you think?

gigisfaith @abundancemind I'm sorry I'm just now replying. I've been sick but feel better now. I recommend that you contact Poshmark to see why your date of birth was requested. Possibly if this is your first sale?? I don't know. I've never had anyone ask me that question and I can't remember when I made my first sale, assuming this is the reason.

gigisfaith @abundancemind Hi Alexander. Yes I'm feeling better and thank you❣️I don't have an answer about the dob request. What you need to do is go to Poshmark Support Center and then Contact Poshmark Support. Here you can email PM and ask them about it.

gigisfaith @abundancemind Another thing is you need to ensure that you stay Poshmark compliant. All orders from a buyer must be completed and shipped within 3 days. If you do not stay compliant PM will suspend your closet. A great deal of info can be found under Poshmark Etiquette and the Guide to Poshmark. Let me know if you have any questions.
