deekaree Thank you for your rating. I buy clothes from winners and tommy stores and I have never seen the difference. The listing said it’s new with tag so it was new with tag attached. If I really wanted to hide anything then I would taken off Winners tag too and you would have never noticed. Good to know that people like you think differently about winners product so next time I will keep it in my mind. Thank you for giving me this insight, really appreciate.
