Hi there, I just received your review on the Jams World Shorts. I am always striving to improve my customer service and would like some clarification on your comments. The item was purchased on a Friday and I dropped them off at the post office on Saturday. As far as seller responsiveness, did I miss a message from you? Also, what could I do to improve packaging.
