heartsun87 @chocochips this is referring to the red leather embossed bag, right? :) The bag did not originally come with a cross-body strap. It has one short strap with two placement options.

heartsun87 @ferrantepr it looks like you purchased them separately. You may need to contact Poshmark and let them know that you intended to bundle. I’m not sure if the orders have to be cancelled to re-do the order properly to get your discount.
