Alexandria, I had no idea the top would pop off. I bought them from someone else. I never wore them so, I was not aware, there was anything wrong with them! I would never, sale something damaged, if I knew, and not say anything! I’m not like that. I will write Poshmark, and tell them what happened! I will see ,if I can get you a refund. Hi, Poshmark finally wrote me back. They said, that after the 4 days passes and the order is accepted, it is final . They said, no refunds or returns are allowed after that time. They said, for you to contact them about what happened.If you would , please contact support and tell them what happened. Please let me know, what they say. I still feel terrible ,the sandal came apart. Plz contact Poshmark. They won’t let me do anything. Jane
