@presley_p2 No, it was the right address but for some reason the post office in a totally different city decided to send it back to California. Why the USPS did this is beyond me but it never even made it my local post office so there was definitely no delivery attempt by the postal carrier to deliver it here. Honestly, I don't know if someone was just flat out lazy or simply made an honest mistake / inadvertent error?
