@lexil05 the US size is listed as a size 7.5. When i purchased these at the Christian Louboutin store i was told they run a half size small like a real US size 7. The UK size would translate a size 7.5 to 5.5 Hope that helps

Being that this shoe runs a half size small i would imagine it would be a shoe size 5 in UK
