@profligez Hey! Oh no, I did not send it COD... To the contrary, I stood in line at the post office for 30 minutes to be sure the prepaid shipping label was enough... They weighed the package and told me it was good to go! UGH!

@profligez I have sent a message requesting assistance to the Poshmark team - the reply indicates they will respond within 1-2 business days. Please hang tight, I have shipped dozens of items successfully using the standard flat rate box and prepaid label, so I'm sure we will be able to figure this out. Worst case scenario I will mail you a check for $11, not a problem! :)

@retrouvailles, the support people said to refuse the order and let the post return it to you so you can reprint the shipping form and resend. Will that be okay with you? I would take a credit but nothing currently in your closet is in my size. 😂 😔 I'm not sure how else we can work this out beyond your check idea. I'm sorry for the hassle!

Hi there -- I just left you a note on the original listing but I accidentally affixed a reprinted label from your order of the Charles Gray Swing coat a few months ago to someone else's new purchase. Can you please send me an email at melis62180 [at] gmail.com. I am hoping you will be able to ship it back. It was delivered on Dec 30, 2016 in a flat rate USPS envelope. @profligez I never received your counter offer. You should look at Orvis website and see if they have anything brand new for fifteen dollars. That is the trouble with people trying to buy on Poshmark. If I posted 4 twenty dollar bills for $80.00 buyers would still want a lower price.. if you truly would like to buy this brand new jacket you will have to pay $15

@loringel I don't know what reality you're living in. Keep the damn thing, I couldn't care less. I didn't counter offer $15 for orvis anything. I did counter offer $15 LESS, which made the total price $45 for an item priced at $55 then offered at $49 +shipping, and it's on a different account name (@kbfashionstore). 🤪 I did contact support and let them know you're harrasing me about this AFTER the counter offer was ACCEPTED and both accounts involved.
