batahna @lex_havvaparty firstly you will recieve an email with a prepaid shopping lable. You'll then need to tape it to a box you can go to the post office and get a priority mail box that they fit in. Do not cover the bar code of the shipping lable. Then just ship!

lex_havvaparty @tauna66 Okay so what if an item I have sells and I decide I don't want to sell anymore. Also, what happens if I sell an item, ship it out, and the receiver says the item is not there? I don't want to risk having to pay somebody back and losing my item.

tauna66 @lex_havvaparty hi, after a purchase the buyer/seller has 3 hrs to cancel the order. After that the purchase is final. If you sell an item and it's been lost in the process and The buyer doesn't receive their item. Poshmark will refund the buyer and you'll still get paid. As long as it shows your item was sent and scanned with the postal office.

lex_havvaparty @tauna66 Hi, so I went into post office and they scanned it and then i went into poshmark and checked off the three boxes and hit the button "yay i shipped" and it says pending scan by USPS ....

tauna66 @lex_havvaparty yes, when the post office scans it your App will update and notify buyer the item has been shipped. And you will get an email saying thank you for shipping your item. As soon as the buyer receives the item they have three days not counting the day they got it. To inspect the item. To make sure it came as described. Then they should rate your item and Poshmark will release your funds.

tauna66 @lex_havvaparty no worries it will, it's not always instant. Sometimes you need to go back to your account settings and reopen your sells to see the update.
