alexisb7041 @katyd583 Katy, The hat must have been under something because the folds on both sides are so bad it doesn’t keep the sun off my face (the purpose of buying a sun hat) plus it looks ridiculous on. This isn’t in gently used condition and should not have been on here to sell. I’ve purchased hats in here and they mail many times and never had a problem. I was planning on using this hat on my honeymoon in 3 weeks...I would like a refund. I’ll send the hat back
