Hi you just bought a pair of brand new Birkenstocks from me and gave me a 4 star rating .. As petty as it may seem to gripe about 4 stars its just as petty to give 4 stars to some one who prides themselves off 5 stars! That hair you found ( ironic) came from another pair of Birkenstocks that have fur on them that were housed by the other pair you can see them in my closet. So thanks for the 4 star review!
