imalilcupcake Hi there, I'm so sorry you thought the miss me jeans were womens, but they were clearly marked as kids clothing. If you would like to make a return please request one from poshmark and I would gladly accept a return as long as it is returned in the same excellent condition that it was sold in. I feel your rating is unfair especially since I didnt do anything wrong and I shipped it to you very quickly. Would you please consider returning so we can both be satisfied with the transaction?

imalilcupcake I went ahead and asked Poshmark if they could send you a shipping label so you can get refunded when you send them back. I think we would both be happy if you got your money back and the 1 star rating was removed, I think that's fair for both of us 😊 I have sold 285 items and have a perfect 5 out of 5 star average rating, so I have never had an unsatisfied customer. I hope we can make things right for both of us!

imalilcupcake If you want to request a return, please do so. Poshmark will not allow me to request a return on your behalf. Please keep in mind, I packaged your items very nicely with a custom homemade card, sent the item to you very quickly and even included free gifts.

imalilcupcake It's very upsetting to be given such an unfair rating when I went above and beyond to provide you with a buying experience most others won't give. It was not my fault you didnt notice these were children's jeans but I have tried everything possible to make things right, but you haven't responded. I hope you'll consider doing the right thing.
