alexisgomez470 @rnlvoe I’m sorry to hear that you’re this unhappy with your order. I sent the bag to a professional leather repair who assured me that the item was in good condition. I checked the item thoroughly, did not detect any odor, and photographed it in natural light. Clearly, I was off the mark if this item was so offensive for the price. I’m not terribly familiar with Rebecca Minkoff bags. I’m genuinely sorry for this mistake and will happily take a return.
