@kilstar I'm sorry that you are disappointed with your purchase. The Balenciaga heels have not been worn at all since the pictures were taken And there are plenty of close up pictures of the front, back, etc. showing some damage and well as detail that states they are scuffed. I urge to look at the pictures again and compare as I take my reviews very seriously and if you want to send back today I'm happy to return. Raquel
