Hi! I'm Alexis. Some of my favorite brands are MM Lafleur, Boden, Veronica Beard, Parker, and Rebecca Taylor. I have to dress fairly conservatively for work (law), but I try to add interesting details and personality to my wardrobe to keep things from getting too stuffy and boring. As far as the shipping I can’t apologize enough for that. I did everything in my power to make it right and communicate. I’m just showing my gratitude and efforts as far as making it right. alexis1rene @kelleylanell You posted a website photo of the black belt, not a picture of the actual (brown) belt (at least not that I saw). It's fine, I will keep it, but I appreciate the offer for a refund. Good luck in your future sales. From my experience, if you are going to be out of town and unable to ship something within a coupe of days, you should put your items on vacation hold.
