divainthedell13 Hi! :) Wanted to send you a little note. I ship all my items within 1 day of order received so I am not sure why it isn't tracking. I just got a message that the Birkenstocks I shipped to you on 2/22/20 are not reflecting in the USPS tracking (9405510202061028362611) I can assure you I shipped them out on Saturday Priority Mail. I am looking into this issue with my local post office where I shipped. Just wanted to send you a little note to let you know I am working on this. :)

divainthedell13 I found out what happened I printed a label used for a previous order and put it on your package by mistake. I am not sure how it got delivered instead of rejected at post office? So I am trying to figure out what to do. I will contact Poshmark and see how they want to handle it. Maybe the person who received your sandals can just forward them onto you if I give her the label? Sooo sorry for the inconvenience. I will make every effort to correct this situation.

I am happy to email her the correct prepaid label so all she would have to do is place it on the package and mail it to you. I am waiting for her to message me. :)

divainthedell13 I sent her a FB message asking if she shipped yet. Here's what she replied ... " They are not shipped yet. I will get them out today. I have no intention of keeping them, just have not had the time." She assured me she will send them. Maybe you can FB direct message her. Her name is Cecelia Perry (she has the same photo on Facebook as she does on Poshmark) Let's track them again on Monday. I'm doing the best that I can. ;)
