alexisrodrig205 @maridalys Delayed Shipping please help!!!😭 I notified the buyer about a week again that I was out of town and in able to ship her order that I will still be able to ship her item but not till I was back in my home town which the wait was going to be a week.

alexisrodrig205 @maridalys Part two of Delayed shipping!😭 Now that I am to ship her item in less than a day I can’t find the ship 1-2 day blue button I contacted posh make help center and they haven’t reached out to me. My buyers package is packaged and ready to go but I am unable to update her on the app so that way she can track her package. What do I do???????😭😭

maridalys @alexisrodrig205 i think maybe the label perhaps has expired. Yes, poshmark customer service will have to give you another one. I would cancel the order, then relist the item and have the buyer buy again. Is the buyer ok with the delayed ship? Did she say she still wanted the item.?

alexisrodrig205 @maridalys I’m not sure I have reached out twice to my buyer and I haven’t gotten a reply from her. She just purchased the item and hasn’t reached out to me for anything else. I read up on posh mark’s service guide on what to do and they pretty much said to contact them get a new label (which I did already) and update the buyer

maridalys @alexisrodrig205 I think more than likely the order will get canceled. After 7 days, it will cancel the order if not shipped. The only thing to do is wait for poshmsrk customer service.to respond.

maridalys @alexisrodrig205 also the original mailing slip was sent to your email right after the buyer purchase. You can always use that one and risk , I am not sure if it's valid anymore. I don't know if the post office may be able to tell.
