lauragriffin608 I bought your Louis Vuitton toiletry bag on January 26th. You promptly mailed it out and they received it on their desk on January 31st. They stated they could not review it and ship it until February 16….. which was UNACCEPTABLE to start with. Now they sent another message that it’d be delayed even longer. I requested to cancel the order due to delays. I just wanted to give you a heads up as to what’s going on with your sale. Ugh disappointing

aobrien42 @lauragriffin608 yes I received it too. I'm guessing they are having staffing issues as is everyone else and processes are taking longer then expected everywhere. I'm not sure what I can do at this point as I haven't experienced this either.

lauragriffin608 @aobrien42 oh wow! I hope so. You did everything quickly and correctly. Things is, if they kept delaying, I’ll be in Vegas soon and could just buy a Louis there lol So I was like, ok…. Get me my item or I’ll go ahead elsewhere! Let’s hope it’s resolved!!
