sary86 @littlemo530 I think we got scammed the package is not authentic apple packaging. Trying apple support to trace serial number. My daughter dropped one(wasn’t a hard drop) by accident and they fell apart.

littlemo530 @sary86 i didn’t open them. They’re a gift for my sister. I compared the packaging it looks the same on the outside only thing i noticed is that the print is lighter. Should I return them or keep them?

sary86 @littlemo530 I had order (2)straight from Apple. My daughter dropped one on the carpet and that sucker popped apart. The print on the package is not supposed to be light at all. It’s supposed to be vibrant. Lght indicator on the Airpod charging case is supped to be a milky white not a black hole.

sary86 @littlemo530 I checked serial number on ear buds they are identical, the authentic ones have a diff serial number PER EAR BUD. And if you open the box the tray holding the pods is supposed to be a cardboard material and not plastic.

sary86 @littlemo530 I encourage you to do a full inspection bc you have to investigate with your own eyes. But don’t hit that accept button bc they would not be able to assist you for a refund. They said in the policy you have 72 hours after receiving package to open up a refund case.
