avwear @heavensparadise Hi heavensparadise you were the first person to welcome me to poshmark and offered to help if I ever needed it. I sold a bundle two items and was going to ship them in same box but poshmark sent two shipping labels does this mean I have to ship separately.

heavensparadise @avwear Yes that does mean they use to be shipped separately unless they are bought together in the same transaction? Do the tracking numbers match or are they different?

heavensparadise @avwear If the tracking numbers are the same they can be shipped together. When they scanned them at the post office if should have told you if they needed to be packaged together.

avwear @momtrepreneur had a customer buy a bundle two items I was going to ship together but when I printed shipping label two labels printed so I thought I needed to ship separately long story short customer contacted me today said she had to pay cash on delivery customer wants extra money back that she had to pay. Can you tell me what went wrong.

momtrepreneur @avwear you must have hit the print button twice unfortunately. Therefore you printed 2 labels and should have only used one. I suggest you contact customer support to get information on how they want you to proceed since your customer is requesting a refund. Customer support is very good in responding and they will contact you within 24 hours. Good luck!
