runnergirl014 I'm sorry u were so disappointed with ur jacket but have no control over how it fits u. As for ur list of improvement 1. I shipped ur jacket the day u bought it 2. It had just been cleaned 3.You made an offer, the only communication aside from your review & I accepted within 5 min 4. I paid $5 extra to ship your order from my own pocket to ensure it got there well. I did everything as a seller to ensure you the best experience & have no control over Posh's return policy or how a jacket fits you.
