wildsong I can not find any other way to message you. I purchased your dansko womens oxford.Size 11 shoe. I needed them for a trip and neglected to look at them right away. The shoe size marked on the shoe is 41. That is NOT ladies 11. A european size 43 is a ladies 11. These shoes are approx size 9 and useless to me. I have waited too long to do a return, but maybe you can list sizes correctly in future listings so somebody else is not stuck with an Item they can't use.

ckylem Hi I just purchased the Vera Bradley Crossbody from you 3/1/25 4:10 but the wrong address populated thru my Apple Pay. Unfortunately that address to Georgia is wrong she my mom and just passed. How can I correct t this.
