ney7kline Before I decline low offers, I read the comments that are made in the chat room. I too have a 5 star rating & wouldn't want it tarnished because you simply didn't like the item. My best advice to you is to do a google search and do your research on what a Tiffany Sterling silver bow costs before making any offers so that you don't insult sellers.
