Hi, I'm Ali! A mom 1st, posher 2nd💜. I've always used fashion to express myself & my style changes with the wind...or my mood, rather ;) I'm not obsessed with labels. Vintage is my true jam. That doesn't mean though, that 9 times out of 10, the label on the item doesn't happen to fall under J. itgirl1969 I have terrible news. I took the UA pants to get steam cleaned, and she ironed them. They look awful. I am so very sorry:( I have never had to cancel an order, and am wondering if it is on your end? Again, sorry for your inconvenience.

I'm easy going; and I completely understand that things happen.😬 As the seller you would just go under your Sales and click on my order details. Then go to "Problems/Order Inquiry" towards the bottom and select the option to "Cancel Order." It will list multiple options and then select the one regarding "Item Damaged". The process is actually quite painless.😉 Again, no worries here! I appreciate you letting me know.😍
