simplychicposh I just read your comment about the additional postage and that is so wrong of USPS. The labels are generated by Poshmark and are good on any usps box or package. The extra postage was totally wrong. Was there a reason given? I have been selling for 4 years and this has never happened. I can assure you the error is with your post office. I’m sorry you had trouble but it was not on my end. Enjoy your top - it’s nice.

simplychicposh I was just writing a message to Poshmark asking if they could reimburse you but decided it’s probably best if you contact them. The extra postage is an error. They may need additional information from you. Unfortunately it affected my rating when it shouldn’t have as USPS made a mistake not me. Thanks and sorry for your inconvenience.

simplychicposh @youresopretty1 I think you can. But I cared more that you knew I hadn’t done anything wrong. I asked on instragram today and a few people had it happen where their post office messed up. I just wanted you to know that I value all of my buyers and want them to have a great experience. ❤️❤️ I’m so sorry it happened to you. Really sounds like an error.
