eljay123 @jesilynne1 the material is not super stretchy. When I looked again and measured, if I hold out both ends of the dress to take the waist measurements I get another half inch (13.5 inches). Not sure if that helps. I wish I could try it in to tell gig but I’m pregnant now so it doesn’t fit anymore 🤣 and yes of course to the discounted shipping! Just let me know what you want included in the bundle
