mciorna Hey Ali! I’m so sorry that you were disappointed with the sandals you purchased! It sounds like they got damaged in the mail, so I definitely will not be using that type of package ever again! Just so you know for the future, if there is damage to an item, you have the option to report the problem to Poshmark.

mciorna You just upload photos of the damage or misrepresentation, and if they verify your claim, they will send you a label to return the item and they will refund your money! As far as the sizing, I tried to be as descriptive as I could, but all I could think to do was measure the length of the shoes and include the photo... I’m sorry they don’t fit! Again, very sorry that you were disappointed with your purchase!
