7peacock @kima_14 my apologies for not answering immediately. I’m not on Poshmark 24/7. A 3 to me is you did everything as expected. A 4 is you went out of your way. A 5 is you went above and beyond what was expected. I received the item in a package nothing more nothing less. The item was placed in the dust bag and placed in an envelope and shipped. There was no extra precaution to insure the item would not be damaged in shipping. For this reason you received a 3.

kima_14 @7peacock So you base your rating off cute packages, notes, etc.. and not off the condition of the item, which was basically brand new. I hope in the future you take into consideration what you are actually paying for and not what the item arrives in. You received the same bubble mailer as all of my other buyers. The bubble mailer does, in fact, insure extra precaution is taken to make sure the item arrives without damage.

7peacock @kima_14 when asked to rate Poshmark gives the buyers several options on how the seller can improve. The item was received in an envelope. The envelope contained a dust bag and a card attached to it. When I opened the dust bag I pulled out an empty display card. The item was found at the bottom of the dust bag. I rate my experience with the seller not just the item! It’s called customer service!

mikamilan @7peacock hi you opened a case for the shoes I sent. If you try the actual shoe on or TURN IT AROUND you will notice that they are a size 9. The sticker is upside down. I have never sold a size 6 of any shoe on my page ever bc I can’t even fit a size 6. I sold every last shoe well under value which I’m not complaining about but to open a false case due to a visual defect on your end. I’ve always sold quality items as described. Please recheck. mikamilan @7peacock sticker is NOT reflective of the actual size and if you looked INSIDE the shoe, you will see that the size is a 9. I wear an 8.5 and the shoe was too big for me so there is NO WAY that’s a size 6.
