I just received your rating and although I’m very sorry your items didn’t arrive, I did send them and I have a receipt with your tracking number as proof. I’m contacting Poshmark right away so they can try to remedy this problem. I ask that you change your rating and work this out as I did send you all your items and even a gift . If you haven’t received them yet , I will get to the bottom of this . Again very sorry for this as it has never happened in any sale I have ever had.

I got a response from Poshmark and they have asked me to tell you to contact them about your lost packages . Again I’m very sorry you haven’t received them and I would gladly give you a refund if you can change your rating. I sent you the items and they say they were delivered. I pride myself in my good ratings as a top seller and will do whatever it takes to get the best ratings! Let me know what I can do to make this right . Thank you
