alisaslafsky @knbuerger Hi, thank you for your response. Unfortunately there was a tear at the bottom of the dress, not the open back. I was not able to respond within the 3 day limit, but Poshmark has reimbursed me for the damages. Thank you.

kendrasunshine @alisaslafsky I had no idea. I’m so so sorry!!! I’m glad the situation worked out with reimbursement. Hopefully it is something that can be repaired and is in a place that won’t be noticed. Again, I’m so sorry :(
