alissat97 @comboman my bf said that. He owns the same fake pairs and recognizes them. He said this guy sells a lot of fake pairs and uses fake stockx tags to scam. If they were real he would not be selling the at such a cheap price. He also said the shoes have many small flaws. He says the Kobe 5 big stage black and white would have a yellowed sole if it were authentic from the age.

alissat97 He also says that the size tag in the big stages has a printing error. The manufacture date on the right side says 2018 not 2010, he guarantees if you ask the scammer for a picture of the size tag it will be incorrect. He also is selling unreleased (EYBL) Kobe’s for a very cheap price. Also if you scroll down tho the Kobe Bruce Lee you can see it has the fake “XDR” orange tag that authentic doesn’t come with. My bf says he can take pictures of his pairs and show you how they’re fake if you want

comboman @alissat97 when you say he owns the same fake pairs, do you mean he sells them, or that he got stuck with them? I have already purchased from this seller, and there was nothing besides a good price to make me believe they are fake. Ask your bf if there are other listings I can look at from this seller that would show he sells fakes.

alissat97 @comboman my bf has the fakes because the authentics are too expensive. He says he will show you his pairs when he’s home with them. He also says every pair of shoes that seller has is fake. Think about it, he said himself on the Kobe 5 big stage listing that their worth 1000$. Why would he sell them for a fraction of the price on Poshmark if they are real? You can check online for the value of each pair, he is selling them for way lower.

alissat97 @comboman just trying to help you out, if it’s a 100 or 200 shoe usually I won’t even bother... there’s too many fakes being sold as real these days. But I’ve called this guy out for selling fakes before and he’s simply blocked me (back when I had a Poshmark) and seeing that you bought 4-5 pairs probably easily over $1000.... I had to speak up that’s a lot to scam someone out of especially during covid

peezy_perry Cause to be honest with you I just got them in and I have a lot of authentic Kobe’s including the original 5s and I have yet to see anything off about them. Same fit, cushion, material, dates are right and there are no flaws in the pattern.

alissat97 @peezy_perry the carbon fiber should be textured the fakes are flat. Also the box label is the wrong font. Plus the seller also has other fake Kobe’s on his page so that makes it more obvious haha

alissat97 @peezy_perry also the sock liner cushioning is poofier and not the right shape. And the stitching above the toebox next to the first lace is double stitched, and authentic is single stitched

peezy_perry @alissat97 thanks for looking out. Cause I have a shit ton of Kobe’s and I haven’t been able to see anything off. The only part I was wondering about is the purple line that comes up on the back of the Nike check. These don’t have it. But none of the GS sizes have it and even an nba players pair didn’t have it.

alissat97 @peezy_perry all you have to do is check the points I just said, the carbon fiber is the easiest. If you have authentic pairs it should be easy to tell the difference, the texture is different, on the fake pair it’s smooth. Plus if you go on goat the number size on the shoe box is way more bold. The sock liner cushioning will feel different. But at the end of the day it’s your money I just wanted to give you a heads up these are 100% fake

achilles_sa @alissat97 Hi Alissa, can you please assure me that the Nike Gt (Pink) shoes that I ordered is 100% Authentic. I’m just worried about the font (label) attached on the box is “bolded”, and the color (pink) of the shoes is alot darker compared to the pair that my brother has that he got from Nike.com when it first came out.

If you want to call the post office and have them reverse the package back to me that’s fine, I told you already they’re authentic and have included purchase receipts (from GOAT shoes)
