naturemama6 Hi Ali, My name’s Anna and you bought my lovevery play gym. As I was taking it apart my two year old jumped on it in such a way that it cracked the plastic piece at the top. I contacted lovevery and they are shipping me a replacement piece. I wanted to contact you to ask you how you would like to proceed? The shipping of the part has not started tracking yet so I don’t know exactly how long it will be delayed. I apologize for the delay and if you want to cancel the order I understand as well.
