Trades, offline transactions, items that do not fit, or orders where the buyer changed their mind are not covered by Posh Protect. These types of purchases are considered final sale.

It says orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. Cancellations are subject to poshmark approval.

@ali_ahmadi sent another request to poshmark to resend the instruction for you to open “Received Wrong Item”. In Poshmark (frequently answered questions FAQs) you will also know what to do. Just open a case “Received Wrong Item”.
