just_livin I highly recommend this seller! Seller communication is stellar!! Messaged me when she noticed order wasnt tracking to let me know their USPS location has been having issues with tracking updates. I purchased an exquisite silver ring. Upon receiving it, i learned it was a size 7 not size 6 as advertised.

just_livin Seller was very apologetic, took accountability for a genuine human mistake and was onboard to help jn any way possible. Shared that she was told this ring was a size 6, and had ordered a ring mandrel to ensure something like this doesn’t happen again. I have chosen to keep the ring and get it sized in my own.

just_livin I’ve been selling on PM since 2018, worked in retail for pretty much my entire adult life.
