The only thing that can be done is refund the purchase and re-sell it through the bundle section, where I can remove shipping cost... Sorry😞 Anyway your not the first person that this has happened to..so I apologize. acarcache16 Hello - I returned home and just opened my package from Poshmark and immediately noticed a black mark on the top near the opening of the handbag about 3/4" in length per my submitted case request. I checked the photos again and that line/mark is not shown in the picture but the line is very very similar to the color of the marker used by Poshmark to verify authenticity on the authentication card included. I don't believe the seller necessarily misrepresented the item.

acarcache16 (continued)I do know it arrived to me with a visible mark especially considering the color of the handbag is white and the mark is black. The fact that the handbag still had the prior owner's personal belonging inside when I received it (a used hair tie) also leads me to believe the authentication process was rushed. I am unsatisfied with this purchase and look forward to instructions on how to return the item and receive a full refund. EOM to support. I wanted to keep you in the loop.
