Dear Alice, we have shipped your lovely Loungefly Bag last Saturday ! I came to the post office today Tuesday to follow up on the package as I don’t see the tracking reflected. They informed me that shipping is delayed. I apologize for the inconvenient, I just wanted to let you know that is has been shipped and it should be on your hands soon. We generally are quick shippers, this one scape my hands due to the corona virus delays. I will keep you posted.
