I don't know what to say except I'm really sorry. We have a procedure and I got the shoes out and handed them off to my mother to wrap and box. I've noticed for the last couple of weeks my mother who is elderly has some memory issues. She has no recall of them. I can't figure out what she did with them. We had a lot of orders and I'm concerned she may have put them in someone else's package. If I find them I will message you and give you a big discount. Again I'm really sorry.

Hi Alice! The earliest that I can ship your boots out is
Tuesday because of the President’s Day holiday.
I can send them in a medium sized box but will have to bend the shank a bit or a really large, kind of flat box. Do you have a preference? (Bending them won’t hurt them: they are a really good, thick leather). Please let me know. Thanks for shopping my closet!
