dotzmama Hi Alice. I'm sorry you were disappointed in the bra. I take a lot of pride in what I do by offering great pieces at affordable prices. I wish you would have reached out with a refund request, I would have been happy to issue it to you. For the record, I do wash my items. I hope that next time you will consider reaching out to a Posher and allow them the opportunity to correct a problem before leaving such a low rating.
