@dahdiwan that’s a good question. Is there some kind of customer service number? I mailed them using that shipping label that Poshmark sent me for you and if it shows delivered then it sounds like they were delivered somewhere.

I just clicked the contact Poshmark support button and sent an inquiry to them asking what to do next, I would imagine the shipping is insured somehow. Waiting to hear back.

@dahdiwan US postal, I believe everything on Poshmark is up postal. At least everything I have ever sold. I always get a US Postal shipping label. My understanding from reading the term and conditions on the site is that once the status updates to delivered you have 3 days to confirm the delivery or it’s assumed it was delivered.
