shannon_stroud @qksilver1953 you already rated so I’m not sure you can open a case. Normally you open a case before accepting it. Email support and explain you were not aware that you could return it or contact me and that you already accepted and rated but you would like to reverse it and get a refund.

qksilver1953 @Shannon_stroud Shannon I am truly sorry I really wasn’t quite sure on what to do. I did not accept item in the 72 hrs so Poshmark released the payment. Please if possible I can return the item if you will refund thanks. Can you send me the address please nformation to return?

shannon_stroud @qksilver1953 I understand. They have worked with me before on that situation. Go to support and email them and explain the situation. See if they can reverse it to where you can return it and get reimbursed and hopefully remove the rating. The only way for it to properly be done is through them but it should be fine for a one time occurrence.

shannon_stroud @qksilver1953 they just emailed that ratings can’t be reversible, you can only edit what you said. They haven’t answered yet on if they can set up a return. At the very least, as long as you emailed and explained everything, they might give you a credit in Poshmark dollars.
