minniemouse1345 Hello Alice. I am an American soldier stationed in Germany. I have sent you an offer for the Free People top I would love to wear it for the Holidays. You see, here in Germany it is hard to find nice things like we have it in the states. I would like to know what is the lowest you would accept?
