afelton97 Hi @gama2012 😊 I love to share. 6 years ago I developed autoimmune thyroid disease, both Grave's and Hashimoto's. On top of gaining 50 lbs, I was really sick. In January, I was fed up with how I felt so I started the autoimmune protocol diet. Which is really a lifestyle change. Basically I avoid all gluten, grains, dairy, soy, nuts, seeds, legumes, night shades, alcohol, and sugar. I'm down 44.5 lbs in 5.5 months.

jaytay73 Hey there i just wanted to make sure you received the jeans you bought from me a few weeks ago!
